Inspiration Behind the Project:
This paper describes to the impact of social media on E-commerce. This paper refers to the use of virtual social networks (eBay, Amazon, Facebook etc.), peer reviews, and other online social tools (Twitter, YouTube, etc.) in the social media shopping purchasing process. This paper also clarifies how running an E-commerce business (such as fashion E-commerce), provides more research and insight to understand why social media is so important for E-commerce, and why it is getting more and more important for people’s lives today.
This paper also presents the dark side of social media and E-commerce and argues why social media is still important for business and people lives, even though it is not a perfect way for people to shop.
